Tipps für erfolgreiches Gießen im Einguss
- Innenflächen und Trichter mit Kerzenflamme gut einrußen. Diese isolierende Schicht verhindert einen allzu schnellen Abfluss der Schmelzwärme und eine Verbindung mit dem Eingussmaterial. Dadurch erreicht man auch, daß das Material den Einguss sauber ausfüllt.
- Um ein Abschrecken zu vermeiden, den Einguss auf ca. 100 - 200°C erwärmen (Wassertropfen muss sofort verdampfen). Gleichzeitig verhindert man so auch ein Spritzen des zu gießenden Materials.
- Den Einguss sollte man etwas schief stellen, um ein Reinfließen zu erreichen und kein reinfallen, um Luftblasenbildung zu unterbinden.
- Unbedingt die Schmelztemperatur beachten, da der Unterschied der Schmelztemperatur von Gold (1063°C) und dem Eingussmaterial (1150°C) relativ eng beieinander liegt.
